Opinion: Most Radical Ticket in U.S. History

Socialism is an ideology in which select elites hold all the cards of society for the sake of what they deem “equality” and “human decency”. Socialism aims to control the means of production, distribution and exchange under the guise of making it fair for all – never allowing one person to do better than another…except, obviously, those who are in control of it.

Socialism wants you to own nothing and be happy.

That’s why it’s extremely concerning that the new Vice Presidential pick for the Democrat ticket, Tim Walz, said just a week or so ago that “…one man’s socialism is another man’s neighborliness.” No, no it isn’t Mr. Walz.

Keeping Score In Cobb Campaigns: State House District 42 (Smyrna, Marietta, Vinings)

Republican House District 42 candidate Diane Jackson has been seen at a few events lately extolling her campaign using the campaign message that she is not a socialist, unlike her self-proclaimed socialist opponent, Gabriel Sanchez.  The GOP candidate, Jackson, seems to clearly understand that this is a David and Goliath race that weighs heavily against her eventual electoral success. Still, she trudges on, pointing out that a Sanchez victory would be the first elected socialist in Cobb County’s history.

Cobb County Board of Elections – Corrupt or Incompetent?

On Saturday, August 3, the Cobb County Board of Elections hosted a retreat at Cobb County’s Safety Village wherein, among other things slated on the agenda, the members were to hear the voter roll challenges brought forth by Eugene Williams. It’s worth noting that Vice Chair Jennifer Mosbacher continues to defile the country in which she lives by refusing to stand or even recite the pledge of allegiance at the beginning of the meetings. As we’ve reported before, Williams has been a pioneer in advocating for the cleanup of voter rolls in Cobb County to ensure that elections are safe and secure from any possible fraud.

Keeping Score in Cobb Campaigns: Show Me the Money

Randy Scamihorn, seeking re-election against Vickie Benson, has pocketed $25,609 with a current balance of $19,662 in his campaign checking book.  Scamihorn (R), a long-time school board member, is often seen as the most vocal of the Republicans on the board and willing to challenge perceived inaccuracies.  Scamihorn’s social media page continuously points to the fact that he is the only candidate in the face that “lives, works and shops” in the county.

Republican until Proven Innocent: Cobb County School Board

In today’s national political climate it certainly seems as though being a Republican is a four letter word and it’s no different at the local level. With the left working in lockstep to call Vice Presidential candidate J.D. Vance, and anyone who supports the Republican ticket, “weird”, their propaganda pushes a certain temperature against any conservative thinking at all.

Do Democrat Voters Have a Voice Anymore: a Conservative Take on the New Nominee

It seems that despite Joe Biden receiving 14 million votes in the primary that the Democrat Party is subverting the will of their voters by forcing Biden to step down and shoving Kamala Harris down everyone’s throat.

To be fair, we will never know if the presidential primary would have turned out differently if Harris and Biden ran head to head – which would have been an entertaining match up – but it also seems as though the Democrat Party is essentially telling their voter base that “you’ll accept and vote for anyone we tell you to” which is ironically the same kind of blind obedience they say “MAGA Republicans” have for Trump.

Democrat-Led Board Ignores Cobb County Residents’ Pleas to Roll Back Millage Rate Amid Rising Property Taxes

Despite a strong turnout of public commenters demanding a rollback of the millage rate and a reduction in the general fund budget, the Democrat-majority Cobb County Board of Commissioners, led by Chairwoman Lisa Cupid, ignored these concerns and voted to pass a $1.3 billion budget while keeping the millage rate unchanged. Many residents voiced their worries about skyrocketing housing prices, inflation, and increasing healthcare costs. Additionally, questions were raised about the county spending $5 million on consultants’ fees for various questionable projects. “The people of Cobb just can’t afford another tax increase,” one commenter stated.
