11 Alive news has aired a ridiculous and obvious partisan hit piece posing as news segment entitled “Some Cobb County Public School parents concerned that safety isn’t on meeting agenda”.
On the surface, the news segment appears to cover concerns from some Cobb County Public School parents regarding school safety. Allegedly, these parents were frustrated that the topic wasn’t included in a recent board meeting agenda. The parents express their desire for more transparency and urgency from the school board to address these critical issues and keep students safe.
It was never noted by 11 Alive that law dictates school board meeting agenda procedures and not news headlines. Board meeting agendas are set weeks in advance in order to allow board members time to research topics, proposals, documentation, and by law are prohibited from making last minutes agenda changes.
Why did 11 Alive News lie through omission of these facts?
Did 11 Alive’s Karys Belger bother to interview Randy Scamihorn the Chairman of the Cobb School Board? No.
How about Cobb School Superintendent, Chris Ragsdale? Nope.
Heather Tolley-Bauer who was “interviewed” by 11 Alive, is well known and documented a radical socialist democrat operative. 11 Alive failed to mention that the organization “Watching the Funds” that Bauer represents, also includes Laura Judge who is currently running as a democrat socialist for Cobb County School Board in District 5. Members of their organization including Judge are supported and financially backed by extremist socialist groups such as the Democrat Socialist of America (DSA) and the Working Families Party (WFP) which also openly endorses Judge. Many members of the Local DSA and WFP chapters are also seen in the 11 Alive segment posing as “concerned parents”.
It should be noted that both of these organizations have openly supported Hamas and are actively engaged in anti-Israeli and anti-semitic activism as well as being directly involved in many of the recent local “Pro-Palestine” and “Stop Cop City” protests which became violent.
These “activists” including Bauer, do not care about school safety or anything else, they are chaos opportunist utilizing any trending headline in an effort to make the current Cobb School Board leadership look bad in the eyes of the general public.
Their only goal is to gain control of the Cobb School Board, remove Chris Ragsdale as Superintendent, and replace him with their own democrat controlled puppet.
Once in power, their agenda is focused on indoctrination of students into alternative gender ideologies, implementation of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies, and instilling Critical Race Theory (CRT) into classroom curriculum.
A leader of these efforts was also interviewed in the 11 Alive news segment, Leroy Tre’ Hutchins, another democrat socialist currently serving on the Cobb School Board who allegedly “tried to add the safety discussion to the agenda”, knowing fully that board meeting agendas are set well in advance and are not changed by the whim of any single board member or the public. This is yet another political stunt executed in order to reflect negative optics on the board’s leadership.
Do these democrats really think Cobb County parents are this stupid? I guess so…
Personally, I find this whole display vile and disgusting, these democrats are politicizing the shooting tragedy in Barrow County as opportunity to forward their local agenda. These are the worst of the worst people in our society, hell bent on destroying the minds of our children and abolishing traditional family and judo-christian values. We as citizens, not just parents, must stand up to these radial groups and look past the smoke screen propitiated by local news media like 11 Alive and connect the dots ourselves because it’s clear no one else is going to do it for us.
For this writer the question remains: why is 11 Alive pushing the propaganda and narrative for radical socialists and calling it news?
And what’s their motive for such disingenuous “reporting”?
Come on 11 Alive, we the people would like to know…
