Over the last week to ten days there have been numerous videos, images and posts on X (formerly Twitter) that catalogue the absolute terror happening in Aurora, Colorado, where a violent Venezuelan street gang called Tren de Aragua, or TdA, is actively taking over apartment buildings and forcing residents to pay them instead of the landlords of the complexes. This isn’t all though, other videos are showing the chaos involved in having these gangs in Aurora, like this one showing three young men walking through a parking lot filled with trash as gunfire rings out around them.

You may be saying to yourself “why do I care about this when I live in Cobb County, Georgia?” well it’s pretty simple: if it can happen in Aurora, it can happen in Cobb. The millions of illegal immigrants that have been pouring over our southern border since Biden took office are making our country volatile and unsafe – especially for women. Let us not forget neighboring county Cherokee that saw a local, Laken Riley, brutally murdered by an illegal while she was attending school at the University of Georgia.
Quite some time ago, Donald Trump received backlash from the left when he said that countries were emptying their prisons and sending criminals to cross our southern border. The squawking MSM called him a racist and whatever other words they have in their lexicon while claiming that the majority of the people crossing the border were just desperate families looking for a “better life” in America.
Well, I came across an article from 2022 that says not only did Venezuela send us their prisoners and mental patients but that the Department of Homeland Security knew about it when they were on their way and did nothing. The report states that “…the task of identifying Venezuelans who have criminal records in their home country is nearly impossible” and that “of the thousands of Venezuelan migrants surrendering along the U.S.- Mexico border daily, most are being released into the United States” (emphasis ours).
Keep in mind this was a report from 2022, so it’s not even talking about the uptick in illegal immigrants who have crossed into the United States since then.
Additionally, the number of immigrants who have crossed our border is simply the “known” persons who have actually surrendered – not the ones that Border Patrol and local law enforcement call “Got Aways”. A Got Away is someone who evaded Border Patrol and local police in order to get into the country undetected and those numbers can’t be estimated because, while local police and Border Patrol can find evidence of these people after the fact, they don’t know how many there actually are.
Local Sheriffs have commented that people who cross the southern border illegally are not staying in border states, even before Governor Abbott started busing them into Martha’s Vineyard. Illegal immigrants who cross our southern border are often heading to a completely different part of the country – usually a major city – because their destination was never Texas, Arizona, New Mexico or California.
These transfers across the country are made possible due to the American government essentially allowing the cartel to control our southern border. No one crosses from Mexico into America without paying the cartel – and if you can’t pay then you are sent to work off your debt.
But that’s not even the worst part. The worst part, and the part that sends me into an all-American rage, is that young girls and women are raped by cartel coyotes when they are smuggled across the border. When entering the United States, coyotes (the cartel men tasked with smuggling people into the country) stop in the same spot and rape the females in the caravan before taking their bras and panties and hanging them on a tree. These are called “rape trees” and when local law enforcement finds them, they cut them down.
Are you horrified? Is this hard for you to hear? Maybe you are telling yourself that I’m lying; but you know I’m not.
The atrocities happening to young girls and women at our southern border are being overlooked and ignored – just like all the other atrocities happening against women in this country – and that needs to stop.

This woman is terrified for herself and her children because of how dangerous their city has become thanks to bad local policies and a border czar who refuses to do anything about it.
